High Concentration Microencapsulated Flame Retardant Masterbatch FRP-950X
FRP-950 series is a flame retardant masterbatch with ultra-high red phosphorus content, mainly consisting of microencapsulated red phosphorus. Because of the high red phosphorus content, the additive volume in the plastic product is extremely small. Only 5%-9% flame retardant is added in the polyamide composite material, the flame retardance can achieve UL94-V0 (T2.0mm).
Application ：It can be widely used for PET, HIPS, TPU, PPO, PE, PC, etc.
1. High phosphorus content, a domestic first in China, with high flame retardant efficiency—adding only 3–5% achieves V-0 (2 mm) rating;
2. Dust-free, with excellent processing performance;
3. Finer particle size: The microencapsulated red phosphorus in 950 exceeds 2500 mesh, while ordinary red phosphorus flame retardants on the market are 100–200 mesh.
4. The finer particle size provides better dispersibility,compatibility, and anti-migration properties, resulting in a smooth and glossy appearance that meets the requirements for wire and cable compounds;
